Fitch Assigns Initial Rating of 'A+' to Las Cruces, New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax Bonds (Business Wire via Yahoo! Finance). Fitch assigns an initial rating of 'A+' to Las Cruces , New Mexico's $33 million gross receipts tax revenue bonds, series 2005, scheduled to sell competitively on Aug. 10.
